This is a group for anyone interested in recreational kayaking on the calm waters in the Sebago Lakes Area. There are more than 30 different locations to launch a canoe or kayak that are open to the public, accessing lakes, ponds and gentle current streams and rivers within a few miles of North Windham. We're looking for anyone and everyone who would enjoy time paddling on the water, enjoying the sights and sounds of nature and the fellowship of new good friends.
Kayaking mostly flat water, beginners through experienced welcome
This group is for hikers who enjoy easy or moderate trails, or who want to try more advanced hikes but at a slower pace than many of the other hiking groups. Our goal is to enjoy hiking at a slow and steady pace, for everyone to make it to the top and back down again without any pressure to go at a faster pace than your true comfort level. It is not a race, let's hit the trails and enjoy the journey!
