The Branford Kayak Group is a bunch of people who kayak for the fun of it and thought it would be neat to share our ideas, discoveries of hidden niches along the Sound, up the rivers and journeys between the ponds and lakes of Connecticut. This group is for hikers who enjoy easy or moderate trails, or who want to try more advanced hikes but at a slower pace than many of the other hiking groups. Our goal is to enjoy hiking at a slow and steady pace, for everyone to make it to the top and back down again without any pressure to go at a faster pace than your true comfort level.
